Most of the time they are. Some carriers do not apply their large (or
smaller) logo's but it really depends on the type of cargo unit you have.

In our network, most of our carriers do not apply decals / logo's
(cargo vans) to save you the expense and / or so you can run for
other carriers without the need to cover up another carriers information when under load for someone else.
